Summary: | Digitalization of zakat is expected to make the process of collecting zakat in Indonesia more
effective and efficient. In Indonesia, there have been many online zakat payment applications
to help make zakat a success in Indonesia. However, there are still many Indonesians who do
not want to use it because it is considered complicated. Some changes in the interaction
design of existing applications need to be made so that the application becomes simple to use.
This research focuses on the interaction design of zakat payment application on android
platform that can be used simply. The research was conducted using the user-centered design
method. The final result of this research is a high-fidelity prototype on the Android platform
built with Flutter. Testing is done with usability testing to determine whether the design has
met the usability goals of efficient and easy to learn as well as user experience helpful and
satisfying. Testing was carried out in two iterations to respondents who met the primary
persona criteria. From the test results it can be concluded that the design of the zakat payment
application design can solve the problem by making respondents interested in using the
application to pay zakat. The application design has also met the usability goals and also the
expected user experience, namely efficient, easy to learn, helpful and satisfying. |
