Built on an area of 7455m2 with a basic building area of 4353m2, it is located on Cibadak Street, Astana Anyar District, Bandung City. The plumbing system is planned to provide a building sanitation system. The plumbing system design refers to SNI 8153:2015 and SNI 03-3989-2000. The water supply is sourced from the Badak Singa WTP with a water discharge requirement of 61.765 m3/day. The clean water system is designed using a circular piping network to improve drainage performance based on modeling results using epanet software. The generated greywater of 34.094 m3/day will be processed into recycled clean water, the generated blackwater of 15.318 m3/day will be channeled to a bioseptic tank with a capacity of 20 m3. The ven system uses a loop system to serve graywater and blackwater wastewater pipes. The fire extinguishing system uses automatic sprinklers, hydrants, and fire extinguishers with a water discharge of 142.5 m3. The rainwater system captures water that falls on the roof to be channeled through a 4 inch diameter pipe to the STP to be recycled clean water. The budget plan is calculated based on the analysis of the unit price of workers (AHSP) in accordance with the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 28 of 2016. The installation cost of providing and installing the plumbing system is IDR 4,476,775,000.00 including tax of 10%. And the operational cost of the plumbing system is IDR 565,052,705.94/year. text |
