Summary: | MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are productive businesses owned by
individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. MSMEs in
Indonesia have various problems, such as the lack of knowledge of business actors to record
financial transactions effectively and efficiently. Differences in business capital owned by
MSMEs owners can also be a problem for the MSME management.
Based on these problems, an application called Usaku was created, which is a financial
recording application for MSMEs that can be accessed digitally. The development work on the
Usaku application is a capstone final project which is divided into three main modules, namely
the transaction recording module, the user module, and the financial report and data
visualization module that are connected into one application.
The transaction recording module can record transactions with transaction categories following
requirements needed from BNI, delete, and modify or manage every type of transaction that
occurs in business activities. In addition, the results of this module can also display a summary
of transaction records and accounts payable records in tabular form. The application
development process is carried out starting from the interface development and continued with
the application logic and database process. The developed application can answer the problems
and needs that have been described previously. |
