| Summary: | The Bandung Basin area has an interesting geological history. This can be used as an interesting geoheritage to study. Geoheritage that can be stored, maintained, and well-documented can be used as historical knowledge, geotourism potential, and sustainable development directions that maintain the existence and sustainability of these geoheritages so that their existence can still be passed on to future generations. The purpose of this research is to make a thematic map that can be used as a media for graphic information to tell the history and geoheritage of the Bandung Basin area. The process of making thematic maps is done by modeling activity data and relics of prehistoric times, DEM, rivers, and other objects in the Bandung Basin area into map elements. The output product from this study is a Geoheritage Map of Bandung Basin which pays attention to cartographic aspects, including making symbols, typography, color designs, layouts, and infographics. |
