Description
Summary:The number and variety of marine space utilization activities is directly proportional to the potential for conflicts that occur. Therefore, a mechanism is needed that can record and administer objects at sea, so that it becomes a comprehensive information system for managing marine space, which is called the marine cadastre system. The implementation of the Marine Cadastre System has also been implemented in the management of Indonesian marine space. However, legally, there are no rules that discuss the technical operations of marine cadastre, especially in terms of the administration of marine space objects and their mapping. Indonesia already has a marine cadastre map model, but the maps used are still not in accordance with the targets of the IGT and PKSP programs in accordance with the direction of Presidential Regulation no. 9 of 2016 and the literature that discusses the technical aspects of marine cadastre. Thus this study aims to assess the Indonesian Marine Cadastre Map as thematic Geospatial Information that can be used for the implementation of the Marine Cadastre system in Indonesia. The evaluation results obtained in the form of a lack of cadastre subject information (name of the license holder as a legal subject, date of issuance of the permit, validity period of the permit, and the legal status of the cadastre object in question), information on cadastre objects (in the form of area, depth, type of activity, and number of issuance of permit). NKKPRL, numbering of cadastre objects in the form of KKPRL Numbers (NKKPRL), visualization of the use of parts of marine space for making Marine Cadastre Maps. This study also makes a Marine Cadastre Map in accordance with existing laws and regulations and literature related to the technical aspects of Marine Cadastre.
