This condition causes the Indonesian territory to be potential and prone to natural disasters. These events have a negative impact on the economic, social, and environmental fields. In addition, the land sector is also the most attractive sector. As happened during the tsunami disaster in the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (2004), this disaster resulted in damage to land documents, and the boundaries between land parcels were lost and even damaged. Given these circumstances, a comprehensive cadastral database to reduce the impact of disasters on the land sector is urgently needed. This final project research aims to build a multipurpose cadastral database model for disaster risk management in the Lembang Fault area. The methodology used is research planning, literature study, spatial data design, data collection, data processing, spatial data development, analysis, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The data used are land parcel data, village administrative boundary data, infrastructure data, building data, disaster event data, population data, and disaster risk data index. The results of the study determine the specifications of the multipurpose cadastre that will be applied in disaster risk management activities using the TM-3° coordinate system with the WGS-84 reference ellipsoid and using a land registration base map of a scale of 1: 1000 with 5 layers of results that support the application of a multipurpose cadastral for disaster risk management. In addition, this research also produces a multipurpose cadastral database model for disaster risk management activities consisting of 16 tables. This multipurpose cadastral design for disaster risk management can be used as a standard in the construction of geographic information systems. text |
