Description
Summary:X Apartment building located in Gedebage Area, Bandung City, was designed as a suitable housing for Indonesian Millennials. This housing complex puts sustainability forward in its operational system and it integrates commercial units. There are 3 buildings with each building consists of 9 floors, 8 floors, and 7 floors respectively. The ground floor in this apartment building is used as a commercial place that can be used by the public. There are multi-purpose room, gym, and restaurants. Furthermore, the first floor to the eighth floor is used as housing units. The plumbing systems that is designed are clean water, wastewater, vent, stormwater, and fire extinguisher, including the accessories, the appurtenances, and budget estimate plan according to SNI 8153:2015 regarding Plumbing System In Buildings. The clean water need is fulfilled by PDAM as much as 497,67 m3/day. In addition, the amount of recycled water produced is around 276,23 m3/day. However, the fixtures that use recycled water are only water closets and urinals, also greenhouses for hydroponic planters. Both clean water and recycled water are stored in a ground water tank first to then be pumped to a roof water tank separately to ensure the quality of the clean water according to Health Ministry Regulation No 492/2010 regarding Drinking Water Quality. Then, the water is conveyed to each fixture through a shaft. On wastewater plumbing system, the conveyance of greywater and blackwater is separated because greywater is conveyed to the STP while blackwater is conveyed to a sewerage line. Moreover, the vent system that is used is vent loop system and the fire extinguisher system uses a sprinkler system and a hydrant system. Along with blackwater, stormwater is also conveyed to a sewerage line, from the roof through a stormwater plumbing system.
