INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/69312 In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 as a pandemic. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the government issued a policy related to controlling behavior in the form of a health protocol. However, this behavior is not obeyed by everyone. This can be caused by the knowledge and perception of each person is different. Therefore, research related to the correlation and effect of knowledge and perception levels on COVID19 control behavior needs to be carried out. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with an error limit of 5% using the Lemeshow equation. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to describe the characteristics and distribution of respondents. Meanwhile, inferential statistics are used to analyze the effect of knowledge and perception levels on COVID-19 control behavior and see differences in knowledge and perception levels based on each respondent's characteristics. Based on this analysis, it was found that the level of knowledge had a very weak relationship (R = 0.151) and a significant effect (sig. = 0.008) with COVID-19 control behavior. Meanwhile, perception has a very weak relationship (R = 0.074) and has no significant effect (sig. = 0.196) with COVID-19 control behavior. In addition to the relationship and effect, it was also found that there were significant differences in perceptions based on gender, age, and occupational group text
