| Summary: | The development of infrastructure in Indonesia is developing rapidly causing the need for
land to also increase. This increased need for land creates limitations on land that does not
increase in number. This resulted in a change in the pattern of land use and utilization
from horizontal to vertical. The construction of the MRT is the answer to the community's
need for transportation facilities due to the increase in community mobility. 3D modeling
of MRT Jakarta is needed to determine the status of underground utilization of MRT
Jakarta. This study examines the role of 3D cadastre in determining the status of the use
of the Jakarta MRT underground. This research is carried out by conducting studies related
to legal aspects and technical aspects of existing literature and research as reference
material. The 3D cadastral model used to determine the status of the right-to-use of the
Jakarta MRT basement is a hybrid cadastral model. This can be done by integrating 3D
modeling of the Jakarta MRT from as-built drawing data with land registration maps by
considering Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 for granting the type of status
of the right to use its space.
