In Bandung City, the population is growing quickly in SWK Arcamanik. On the other hand, SWK Arcamanik has risks of natural disaster and is plotted to maintain the green open space of Bandung City, which at the current state is still far below the target. So, the existing dynamic development is risky to natural disaster and potentially creating conflict between the use of land and the plan of land use in Rencana Detail Tata Ruang. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the development of landuse with consideration of the disaster in SWK Arcamanik and its implications to Rencana Detail Tata Ruang. Trend of land use development can be seen by overlaying two different years of landuse map. Then to see future developments, the driving factors for land use change in each zone type were determined by binary logistic regression analysis of 16 factors that based on literature were thought to have an effect. These factors will be used as inputs for spatial modeling of land use in 2034 with the help of LanduseSim application with trend scenarios and scenarios considering disasters. The result map from the projection of land use in 2034 is then compared with Rencana Detail Tata Ruang and found a discrepancy of 37% when compared to the trend scenario and 43% when compared to the scenario that considers disaster. The high discrepancy indicates that the plans that have been set have not considered land development trends and existing disaster threats. To realize a more sustainable SWK Arcamanik spatial planning, spatial modeling-based planning is needed based on development trends by considering disaster risk. text
