Description
Summary:Statistical dissemination data and information activities are carried out to provide optimal satisfaction to data users. To support these goals, it is necessary to create a system that can be used to strengthen various aspects related to statistical dissemination activities and the data that has been disseminated is integrated so that there is no silo data which results in inaccurate data. Basically, statistical dissemination is made to ensure that the official statistical products produced and disseminated have passed a strong quality control mechanism, so that there are no more doubts for data users. The purpose of this research is to design platform service computing system based on blockchain for statistical dissemination, the Service Computing System Engineering (SCSE) methodology is used. The blockchain technology approach is centered around a peer-to-peer network, enabling collaboration between various parties. In the integrated statistical data management has data integrity, the data must have a guarantee of accuracy and consistency for the entire life cycle. The use of blockchain technology in this study to verify the integrity of the stored data in a fully decentralized manner. An integrated statistical data management, it is very important to provide trust in data exchange transactions for distributed databases and connected to blockchain platforms to produce accurate data integrity. Evaluation of service design modeling based on SOA principles, and evaluation of development using unit tests, and acceptance tests. The results of the modeling evaluation with parameters such as a coupling factor of 0.0035 which indicates a loosely coupled condition between services, a cohesion factor of 0.7439 which shows a fairly high cohesion in service, a complexity factor of 0.0047 which indicates a low level of complexity, and reusability of 1.6364. Unit tests and acceptance tests carried out on the prototype platform service computing system based on blockchain for statistical dissemination resulted in the entire functionality of the blockchain platform prototype being able to run properly.
