| Summary: | The need for continuous improvement with a larger scale in the organization becomes imperative in recent decades. This study aims to design performance measurement model using continuous improvement methodology which will be applied in the form of appreciation to the industry in Indonesia. Refer to Baldrige Excellence Framework and SNI Award which has been implemented by National Standardization Agency (BSN), it is expected to be ranked and known criteria that have not been reached based on expert opinion. From the result of the research, the biggest weight is Do criteria and finally the assessment criteria for assessment continuous improvement award is generated. |
