Bandung district has population more than 3 million of people. With the area of more than 1700km2 . On rainy season, some area with low ground level often gets exposed with seasonal flood and getting worse from time to time. One of the reasons why the phenomenon happen is land subsidence. According to the last studies, land subsidence in Bandung District happened every year with the mean rate intensity is on 8 cm/year. By looking at these various problems, the goal can be drawn to build a risk map, and a fragility curve of land subsidence in Bandung Regency to provide visual and organized information on the impact of land subsidence on buildings. The research methods carried out include the preparation of a risk map and vulnerability curve of Bandung Regency. The information is presented in the form of a Land Subsidence Risk Map in Bandung Regency. The process is carried out to calculate economic loss and quantify risk calculations in Bandung Regency. Preparation of risk maps using GIS methods and assessment, study and weighting for several related parameters that have an effect. From this method, a different fragility curve is obtained for each type of building, which can be a reference for the percentage of damage in each hazard class. It is also obtained that the calculation of physical losses in Bandung Regency can reach Rp. 1,226 Trillion and economic losses reach Rp. 108 Billion.Areas with high risk include Baleendah, Bojongsoang, Dayeuh Kolot, Margaasih, Pacet, Rancaekek and Solokan Jeruk.
