This company is still in the process of researching and developing their establishment into the right market. Nowadays, we can find there are many of startups are built all across the globe, with various innovative, and approaches in many things, including their approach to work related matter which got many eyes on them because how unique it is compare to well-established company, especially when most of them introducing and later praising the terms ‘flexible’ when asked about how much their future and potential employee should work per day, giving a fresh breeze upon the business worlds who’s for years had been associated with fixated working hour and rigid policy, lacking of flexibility for short. Those things made startup and its culture somehow become a trendy things in the business world. Yet many seems to be facing difficulties in maintaining the level of their turnover in ten percent or below and not more, the in-and-outs amongst startup companies seems to be very much dynamic compare to those company which are more established and had matured over the time , company XYZ are no exception to this issues. No clear barrier over an employee's working hours for some startups may potentially muddy the line over their life balance as well. The researcher found out through several employees that PT. XYZ was not providing any financial compensation other than the religion incentive also knowned as THR in Indonesia. Overtime payment is unavailable as well as the working hour is deemed to be 'flexible' therefore it is hard to tell whether one is already working overtime, added with the probability of the toxic working environment within PT.
