ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> While telecommunication service industry grows rapidly, the telecommunication device industry, as one of the supplier of telecommunication industry, suffer an unfavorable condition. The telecommunication device industry, most of them, is in survival phase, restructuring, or switching focus. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Even though PT. Hariff DTE does not share the same condition as its competitors, PT. Hariff DTE experiences the impact of the unparallel growth between telecommunication service industry and the telecommunication device industry. With project based company background, PT. Hariff DTE is now facing a similar yet repeatedly customer order that demands product flexibility and availability. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The main issue is the inadequate ability of PT. Hariff DTE to respond the dynamic of customers demands. Based on early investigation, the root cause of this is the tight alignment policy between resources and market requirement.
