Summary: | One of the policies carried out by the Indonesian government to reduce the spread of the
covid-19 virus is to require vaccination for its citizens. In the implementation of
vaccination, the type of available vaccine is not only one type, but there are various types.
Certain types of vaccines are a requirement for travel to several countries, but in reality
these types of vaccines are not easier to obtain than other types of vaccines. Therefore,
there are some people who make changes to vaccination data illegally. This can happen
because the vaccination data system currently used is still not safe. In this book, a new
security system was created using the Ciphertext Policy Attributed Based Encryption
(CP-ABE) scheme to solve the problem of illegally changing vaccination data.
Ciphertext-Policy Attributed Based Encryption (CP-ABE) is a role-based control scheme,
which means that only participants with certain roles can access the data. In this final
project, Ciphertext Policy Attributed Based Encryption (CP-ABE) scheme is applied with
the Affine Cipher. Affine Cipher is one of the simple ciphers, that's why it was chosen to
create the CP-ABE scheme which is still rarely used with the aim of knowing how the
CP-ABE scheme works. An access tree is also constructed as an access structure, it is
contained in the encryption algorithm to ensure that only participants who can access the
data have attributes that match the desired access tree. The attributes in the access tree are
determined by referring to the involvement of certain parties in the process and
supervision of the covid-19 vaccination, so that the attribute that must be fulfilled is one
of the duties of the vaccination committee, namely registration staff, screening staff,
vaccination staff, record-keeping and observation staff, and pre-registration staff, and it
is also supervised by the hospital chairman or the head of the covid-19 vaccination
execution, and given permission by the verifier team from Peduli Lindungi. |
