The rapid changes that occur in the business environment require every business person to always pay attention and respond to their environment, which then formulates strategies to be able to anticipate changes and achieve company goals. Determining the company's strategy is not only able to increase revenue and business sustainability but also attract investors. Along with macroeconomic conditions showing signs of revival of the property industry after the Covid-19 pandemic, PT. Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk has not shown the performance of changes in stock price increases, recorded since 2020 until this final project, the stock price (BSDE) is still in the sideways range. The main objective of this final project is to find the company's business performance and the intrinsic value of BSDE so that researchers can provide recommendations to the company PT. Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk as well as recommendations for decisions to potential investors based on in-depth analysis of the business prospects, financial health condition and fair price of the company's shares by evaluating the financial performance of the last 5 years as well as the company's overall business performance. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative methods, including formulating the conditions of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats experienced by the company and formulated in the TOWS Matrix. Researchers also take into account stock price valuations using the absolute Valuation and relative Valuation methods and use other supporting methods. Such as .To improve the results of the study, the researcher also makes assumptions about the company's strategy to increase firm value so that investors believe the company will provide long-term benefits, namely by restructuring cash flow. From the results of the analysis above, the researcher recommends the proposal to the company by increasing the formulating operational costs, investing, and financing to increase the value of the company in the future and the researcher also provides recommendations to investors that currently BSDE is in the undervalued category with an intrinsic value of Rp. 1.114,- MoS 18% At the price of Rp. 910 (October 4th, 2022) and worth buying for the long time and keep observant to see changes in the company's financial performance in the future on the formulation of costs or cash flow allocations as the researcher provides the recommendations above.
