However, BSF cultivation programs are often unsustainable which indicates the lack of risk analysis for this business activity. This problem became the basis of this research which aims to identify the types of risk, assess its value, and determine the appropriate risk mitigation strategy in BSF cultivation in Greater Bandung Metropolitan. Risks in BSF cultivation were identified through interviews with BSF Business actors and then assessed using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. Results of the risk assessment obtained are then arranged in a risk matrix to gain priority risks. Mitigation strategy determination was carried out using the BTA (Bow-Tie Analysis) method and continued with the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method with the experts/experts to produce the best risk mitigation strategy priority for BSF cultivation. Results of the study show that 1) There are 45 identified risks in BSF cultivation along man, material, method, machine, milieu, money, and market clusters; 2) The risk assessment resulted in 16 priority risks which fall in the very high and high risk categories in the priority matrix based on the value of severity, occurrence, and detection; 3) There are six potential alternative strategies to mitigate risks in BSF cultivation in Greater Bandung Metropolitan, with the best priority strategy being to increase cooperation with high-quality waste providers (0.231) text |
