Survey results also show that many tourists have accidentally left things behind. This can be reduced with a packing checklist. However, creating a packing checklist requires a lot of time and effort. Therefore, there is a need for a feature that can generate a packing checklist automatically. The feature will be implemented in online travel agency (OTA) applications such as Traveloka to reach the target users, namely tourists who will travel. This research aims to design a high-fidelity prototype for this feature using user centered design (UCD) method. UCD method consists of four stages: specify context of use, specify user requirements, produce design solutions, and evaluate design. User requirements and required functionalities were formulated from user research results in the first stage of UCD, which was done by competitive analysis and questionnaire. The main functionalities provided are the creation of a packing checklist that can be updated if users reschedule travel date or add a new destination, notifications to remind travelers to pack before departing, customized lists, luggage weight estimation, progress bar, and packing collaboration with others. Usability goals that are prioritized in the design are effectiveness, efficiency, and learnability. Meanwhile, the main user experience goal is helpfulness. In the second iteration of usability testing, the design achieved SUS score of 92, SEQ score of 6.98, completion rate of 100%, and NPS of 100. The interaction design also saved 89% of the time that travelers need to make packing checklist manually. All testing participants agreed that the design is very helpful for packing. Therefore, it is concluded that all criteria for usability goals, user experience goals, and overall usability have been achieved. text
