PT Pandegha Agrahita Loka is a financial consulting company that specializes in crowdfunding for MSMEs. Today, the company has several types of services offered to its clients. Of all the company's activities, business valuation is an activity that becomes the focus of the company's work in the future related to the company's long-term cooperation agreements with company partners. However, the business valuation process still has many problems such as a lot of iterative and unnecessary processes. As a response to these problems, the company plans to build an information system to accommodate the business valuation activities. However, the information system does not necessarily solve the problems that have been present in the company's business valuation process. After analyzing the indications of the company's issues, it was found that the most issue within the company's business valuation prepare is that there's no standardized and standardized mapping of the business valuation handle. Therefore, this study aims to map the business valuation process by improving business processes using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach so that it is in line with the company's plan in developing information systems. Furthermore, the research uses the Tabular Application Development (TAD) framework which is an information system design framework that focuses on BPR with an object-oriented basis. Finally, the results of the business valuation process improvement design are transformed into a simple User Interface (UI) prototype that provides a big picture of improving the business valuation process using an information system. With this, the company has a clear picture in designing a business valuation process information system in the future.
