Summary:Since 2020, COVID-19 has been declared as a global pandemic which caused huge transformation on daily activities. Education is one of the sectors that is badly affected by that condition due to the prohibition of normal face-to-face learning activity. Therefore, the government via the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia sent a command to do the online digital learning activity. Even so, in its application, the schools in the least developed and outermost region have some difficulties caused by the lack of the communication infrastructure, unreliable electricity, and problems in the amount of needed digital devices. To overcome these conditions, a system that is capable of helping school, teachers, and students in learning and evaluating students ' learning results by using the digital device is needed, so the teacher and students can still keep their distances while learning. The system consists of mobile server, main server, student's device, teacher's device, and power system. Power system block is a block whose function is to acijust and provide electrical power for another subsystems. To overcome the unreliable electricity in the area, especially its limited availability, a subsystem that can store and provide electrical energy is needed. There fore, one of the components in this block is a power bank that can be used for digital devices and the mobile server. Therefore, the learning activity in school and at home can still be done when the electricity is not available.
