Summary: | The implementation of the smart city concept has become something that is often heard,
especially since the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, many of the activities
planned in Indonesia regarding smart city development failed to achieve their goals. Based on
this problem, a concept emerged, namely the Smart City Living Lab, which is an approach
taken to implement smart cities in small urban areas so that the impact of its implementation
can be directly felt by the community and measurable.
One aspect of achieving a smart city is the digital transformation of one of the existing clusters
in order to achieve efficiency in implementing related activities. This research will design tools
so that digital transformation initiatives in the Smart City Living Lab can be achieved properly
and on target. This tool will be designed based on the Garuda Smart City Model and the Garuda
Digital Transformation Framework. To be able to test the effectiveness of these tools, their use
will be applied to the MSME digital transformation initiative which will be carried out in an
ongoing Smart City Living Lab.
The results of this study indicate that this tool was successfully designed and implemented in
an ongoing Smart City Living Lab. Not only that, but this tool really helps map the needs of
digital transformation initiatives carried out in MSMEs. |
