Technological developments are growing rapidly in various aspects, ranging from the development of small-scale technological tools to an ecosystem with the application of information technology on a larger scale. One of the hot discussions about large-scale technology is Smart City or smart city. The city of Bandung is one of the 100 pilot cities/districts of Smart City in the "Towards 100 Smart City" movement which the government has created since 2017. One of the problems in the development of smart cities in Bandung is the focus of development only on the technological dimension, This can be seen from the ICT Masterplan which is used as a guide only discussing technology readiness. SCCIC ITB proposed a framework for Smart City Indonesia called the Garuda Smart City Framework (GSCF). In the GSCF there is a Smart City Service Canvas, as part of the framework used to help create a service or service item in the Smart City Model. On this occasion, researchers will use this framework in designing the Smart City Living Lab innovation in the Dago, Dipatiukur and Ganesha (DDG) area. This research is expected to help the city of Bandung in general as one of the smart city pilot cities to be able to produce appropriate innovations and improve the quality of life of the surrounding community. text |
