Studies have shown that students have poor understanding in conceptualization. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of using GeoGebra in increasing the understanding of 7th grade junior high school students on the concepts of operation and division. Visual learning method with GeoGebra is used to improve the understanding of 7th graders about concepts and division. The results showed that students were enthusiastic in participating in multiplication and division learning and students became more aware and able to overcome understanding related to problems and the process of solving them. This finding illustrates that students use GeoGebra instead of traditional learning methods. This implication is useful in proposing alternative ways of teaching and learning as well as helping students visualize using GeoGebra.
