PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam currently faces a dynamic situation which requires the company to be flexible enough to adapt their operations as the business environment around them changes. Developing a comprehensive approach to measuring readiness to change can be helped by integrating several models and understanding how to ensure change is ready in the context of model appropriateness. The Transformation Readiness Analysis is a quantitative approach through the questionnaires with Likert point 1-6 to measure opinion for each element of ADKAR Model Assessment, Organization, Capability Survey, and Organization Agility Assessment as the base model to be integrated into Rich and Bangun Model. The statistical data from Rich and Bangun’s elements being analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of Rich and Bangun model shows that the elements Desire, Managing Instability and Adaptable to Change have a high influence but low score. From the lowest 3, Desire is categorized as the most significant element with ?=0.000 but has the lowest point mean=2.23 comparing to Adaptable to Change ?=0.024 and mean=2.33 and Managing Instability with ?=0.024 and mean=2.55. This result could be used for company foundation for company to establish a better strategy. To be concluded, before performing transformation, company needs to increase the value of Desire, Managing Instability and Adaptable to Change elements by comprehensive internal strategies to be Lean and Agile Company. text
