This research was conducted to understand some parameters determining the feasibility of environmentally friendly tourism. The research aims to formulate a strategic plan for developing tourism in Djuanda Forest Park, which is environmentally sustainable. The scope of the research is (1) identifying and measuring the feasibility of existing tourism products and (2) measuring the sustainability of tourism activities and assessing the physical, environmental, social, and economic conditions of tourists, visitors, and managers. The study used primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used (1) scoring method and interpretation of ADO-ODTWA data to assess the feasibility level of tourism products; (2) the Rap-Tourism method to measure the sustainability of managers; (3) sSWOT method to formulate a development strategy; and (4) the QSPM method to determine priorities and strategies for further development. The research results are (1) Djuanda Forest Park has a variety of tourism products, with the main attraction being nature tourism. Tourism products are supported by (a) good basic and supporting tourism facilities, (b) good accessibility, (c) management involving local communities, and (d) friendly service; (2) The feasibility index of tourism product development using ADO-ODTWA is 78.89%; (3) The tourism sustainability index of (a) the environmental dimension is 50.51% which is considered quite sustainable with a stress value of 15.8%, and the R2 value is 90%, (b) the economic dimension is 75.83% which is considered sustainable with a stress value of 14.2%, and the value of R2 is 94.26%, and (c) the social dimension is 40.27%, which is included in the criteria for being quite sustainable with a stress value of 14.7%, and the value of R2 is 93.47%; and (7) There are 14 alternative strategic plans for sustainable tourism development, and there are three main strategies that can be chosen for sustainable tourism development. text |
