In the academic context, Tjakraatmadja and Febriansyah (2006 and 2007) has been researched the relationship among Psy-Cap, learning environment as external factor (moderating variable) and GPA (as student performance indicator). The research about external factor that influence the relationship between employees’ Psy-Cap and employees’ performance has not been done. One of several external factors that are hypothesised influence that relationship is leadership. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Within the context of two factories (one manufacture and one service) in Indonesia, this confirmatory research examined the influence of employees’ Psy-Cap to employees’ performance with company leaders’ servant leadership as a moderating variable. Multiple regressions analysis was used to examine the model. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Results indicated a significant positive relationship regarding overall employees’ Psy-Cap with employees’ performance both manufacturing and service company. However results indicated for each construct of Psy-Cap only resiliency and optimism in the Manufacturing Company and hope in the service company that have significant positive relationship with employees’ performance. In other way servant leadership doesn’t moderate the relationship between employees’ Psy-Cap and employees’ performance. text
