Summary:The organizational culture adopted and the work environment owned by the company are two factors that can affect the job satisfaction of an employee in a company and job satisfaction will affect employee performance. In fact, in the business world, there are still many companies who are reluctant to pay attention to their culture and work environment. This will affect the level of employee satisfaction and if employees are not satisfied, it will result in low employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of these variables at PT Mitralab Buana. Based on the research objectives and problem identification, the researcher formulated three questions, including, "how does organizational culture affect job satisfaction at PT Mitralab Buana?", "how does the work environment influence job satisfaction at PT. Mitralab Buana?”, and “how does job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT. Mitralab Buana?” This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires to all employees, totaling 305 respondents and the results of the collected and valid questionnaires were 174. The data analysis method used in this study used a statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Model (SEM). The programs used are AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 23.0. The equations obtained for the model in this study are Z=0.94(0.13X1+0.88X2) or Z=0,1222X1+0,8272X2 where the highest correlation is between Job satisfaction and employee performance, which is 94%. Based on the analysis, the recommendation from the author is to improve organizational culture and work environment by conducting training to improve human resources which will affect organizational culture and also tidying up and adding supporting tools for office work to improve the atmosphere of the work environment. As well as to increase job satisfaction can provide extra bonuses or commissions to employees which in the end recommendations from the author if done will improve employee performance.
