Process documents are provided by the Production Technology section so that the production process can run smoothly. In the railway manufacturing industry in Indonesia, the process of monitoring process documents is generally done manually with many documents. This of course will complicate the implementation of production activities. This study proposes a framework for simulating the process of monitoring and controlling the scheduling of operations for creating process documents in the Production Technology section based on Configurable Virtual Workstation (CVWs) by creating a virtual model of process document creation in digital form. Each process has a digital twin to facilitate monitoring and adjustment of parameters for each need as one of the steps towards implementing the Industry 4.0 paradigm. From the results of this study, information such as man hours, document completion status, input document status, scheduling, and document traceability can be known and managed easily. text |
