Summary:PT Manajemen Fasilitas is an Integrated Facility Management company that provides range of Onsite Services to clients. The company has been providing services in Facilities Management Services for High / Low Rise Building Management, Industrial / Manufacturing Building Management, Camp Management for Hard Services and Soft Services. Operations has been the main core business of the company. To successfully thrive in the operations of Facility Management the company must maintain facility in the most efficient way, reduce cost of the maintenance, and bringing added value to the client. The company has every system to maintain operational onsite in control, but not necessarily efficient in terms of productivity or cost. Six system has been established on site, which were IBM-Maximo, Microsoft D365, Site Management System (SMS), Optimum, Data Station, and Ivanti. Each system takes considerable workflow for site team to operate, charged by recurring cost, and not all system used optimally by site team. Support on the analysis of the operations will be performed with PESTLE analysis and Resource Audit analysis to reflect external and internal capability of Operations Department. The result will be consolidated with SWOT analysis to make a clear evaluation of Operations Department business situation. Analysis on the workflow and solution of optimal workflow will be done with Activity/Product Matrix and SIPOC analysis. Then there would be Cost Benefit Analysis to develop reasonable argue of the decision to apply the solution.
