Jaklingko Indonesia is currently in the second phase of development, which is implementing MaaS (Mobility as a Service), where Jaklingko payment cards and applications are integrated with other transportation services such as online transportation, health services, water and electricity payment, tourist attractions, and so on. The Jaklingko service will be developed with an account-based ticketing system as the next phase, which will allow users to get daily, weekly and monthly tickets and also get special rates according to user profiles, for example discounted rates for students or the elderly. The integration carried out by Jaklingko has only reached the stages of physical and operational integration, as well as modal integration. The account-based ticketing system, which is planned as their upcoming development, classified as integration with social objectives, which is a higher stage than the physical integration and modes that are currently running. text |
