Description
Summary:In life, humans need movement to meet their needs and desires. As times develop, human needs are also increasing, and human movement becomes more complex. The movement in question is moving from one point to another. In terms of moving, two infrastructures are important keys for people to move, namely pedestrian and transportation infrastructure. Comfortable and connected pedestrian infrastructure can create convenience for pedestrians in making short-distance displacements. Coupled with the mode of transportation that can help move for longer distances. In Indonesia, there are three modes of public transportation that are increasing in use, namely trains, buses, and LRT. This is evidenced by the increasing development of infrastructure for these three modes. Although there are already many areas that present these two elements, it is still not enough to be able to provide connectivity and integration, such as in the Kebon Kawung Bandung Station Area. In the Kebon Kawung Bandung Station Area, pedestrian line connectivity is not found considering the existence of railways, so pedestrians have to walk long distances to pass each other. After that, there are three main modes of transportation, namely trains, buses, and LRT which are still planned to be not well integrated. It is hoped that building an Accessible Hub building can connect pedestrian space to cross between roads and integrate three modes of transportation, namely trains, buses, and LRT. Planning for the Kebon Kawung Accessible Hub development project produces upper structure design output and transportation mode design, without reviewing the aspects of the lower structure, architectural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This project is implemented to design proposed construction implementation methods, construction scheduling, and budget plans (RAB). In general, the method of implementing the construction of building structures uses the method of casting castings in situ and roofs using plane truss frames made of steel. With these methods, the work done consists of preparatory work and upper structure work. The project is planned to start on May 08, 2023, with the total duration of the plan being 576 days. The budget plan value for this project is Rp170,051,373,842,51.
