Various projects to produce oil and gas are carried out by oil and gas contract contractor companies, one of which is PT PHR. The oil and gas sector projects are characterized by high risk, use of sophisticated high technology, trained human resources, and high cost. The aim of this study is 1). To know sensitivity analysis in the probabilistic risk assessment implementation for the pit improvement project 2). The expected monetary value analysis in the probabilistic risk assessment implementation for the pit improvement project 3). Modeling and simulation in probabilistic risk assessment implementation for pit improvement projects. This study uses qualitative risk analysis and quantitative risk analysis on the Pit Modification project in the Bekasap, Pematang, Petani and Bangko areas. The result of this study show the deterministic results in the Bangko Area are 1,571,407.00 and 100% there will be a cost overrun of 1,728,547.70. While the deterministic results in the Bekasap Area are 878,825.99 and 68.69% there will be a cost overrun of 966,707.50. Furthermore, the deterministic results in Pematang Area are 618,550.00 and 100% there will be cost overruns of 680,405.00. The deterministic results for Area Farmers are 585,182.00 and 68.69%, there will be a cost overrun of 643,700.20. text
