Summary:Education is a fundamental human right that every individual must be able to obtain, a collaboration between public sector and private sectors is necessary to fulfil this needs. Almuttaqin Senior High School is the largest private school at Tasikmalaya, The school is currently developing a two-school system under one management to increase the school market share and improve raw student input quality. The purpose of this research is to discuss strategic leadership from a school perspective and to identify the dimensions of that leadership that could be improved. The method of this research is using qualitative with interpretative phenomenology approachit is known that the headmaster required to develop three points : increasing teachers motivation, creating segmentation, and creating school marketing strategy.the solution to improve teachers motivation and job satisfaction which are promotion, working environment, leadership, and workload. To improve school marketing is using inbound marketing. To create spesific segmentation are using geographic, demographic, behavioral, psychographic, rational, and emotional factor to create better understandment of the prospective student needs and expectation
