Summary: | Education is one of the instruments for society to get a more prosperous life. The
2021 Economic Survey of Indonesia states that early childhood education can
reduce the impact of socio-economic backgrounds on education outcomes. The
existence of this gap requires the participation of universities to be able to contribute
together with external parties to be able to realize equal distribution of education in
Indonesia. Post-pandemic effect causes major impact in education slightly change
from conventional education to online information technology-based education.
UNPAR want to explore the relation between scholarship recipients’ experience as
the tools to get boosting their performances based on how UNPAR can provide
development program method to push students on how they stay sharp during
shifting period of pandemic (online to offline class). This research taking 95
scholarship recipients as the participation respondents and using questionnaire as
the parameter to answer. The result show there is a positive relation between
students’ development program experiences and Students’ Performance. Solution
found are: integrated student development program and peer counselling.
