Summary: | By 2022, Telkom is transforming into a top-tier digital telecommunication company
that enables both public and private businesses as well as society to sustainably
generate economic and social value for the Indonesian country. To understand what
the company needs to speed up and maximize its digital transformation, as well as the
organization's preparation to face and implement significant changes, an evaluation of
Organization Effectiveness (OE) and Change Readiness (CR) in Unit X must be
conducted. The author provides the new development of an OE survey called The
12-Instruments of Organization Effectiveness to answer issues happening in Unit X.
This research focuses on the study in Unit X and aims to give identification on factors
that influence OE, aspects in CR that influence OE, determination on the correlation
between CR and OE, identification of organizational gaps in Unit X, and proposed
solutions for each improvement in the 12-Instruments of OE to enhance effectiveness
in Unit X during transformation process. The business solution proposed is expected
to be implemented for future OE surveys in Telkom as well as the implementation
plan that has been provided. |
