Logistic support on a very mature oil and gas field at PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) is one of critical challenges to be managed towards the end of product sharing contract (PSC) in 2037. Each entity cost spending are closely linked of one to another entity where they are affecting to overall revenue of PHM. Managing a mature field surely need an extra caution on how to spend optimized cost, optimized performances of tugboat. By developing of technical guideline, which will be used as main reference, covering the early stage of technical evaluation up to the deliverability time onto operation date. The availability of clear technical guideline as reference is mandatory as a main guideline for those who are performing technical evaluation, so the result of the technical evaluation will met with objectives of company.
