Many of their education consultants have studied internationally, thus, the company understands the needs of their customers.
For the last 3 (three) fiscal years, the number of productive education consultants in Central Indonesia region of PT. Public Education Consulting has been increasing. Unlike previous fiscal years, on FY23 the productivity has been set up as one of their KPIs which makes it more imperative for each of education consultant to achieve its productivity score. The objective of this research is to evaluate the state of employee engagement in Student Placement Division at Central Indonesia region of PT. Public Education Consulting as well as to analyse each engagement driver in order to suggest recommendations on improving employee’s engagement level that may impact to higher productivity on FY23. To examine the productivity score further, this study will focus on employee engagement drivers by using Aon Hewitt Model 2015. The research is conducted by using quantitative research method with employee engagement survey questionnaires to collect the data which will be analysed statistically, and a structured interview administered by the author as secondary data which comes from the internal company data.
This study and evaluation found that the relationship between key engagement drivers and productive consultants are positively related based on high number of nomination of top engagement drivers which are validated as productive consultants’ engagement drivers. Hence, the findings enabled the author to recommend several proposed business solutions which emerged with intention to improve each engagement level that still falls below the threshold and mean of total variables in Student Placement Division at Central Indonesia region of PT. Public Education Consulting.
