Summary:Tourism development needs to be in accordance with the potential of tourist attractions that have uniqueness and authenticity of the region and not be seen as a forced tourist destination. Identification of tourism potential needs to be carried out at pilot tourism destinations such as Kampung Stamplat Girang to determine tourism products that can be offered and are feasible to develop. This study aims to identify tourism potential and determine the feasibility of tourism development in Stamplat Girang Village. Tourism potential is known by identifying the 4A tourism components, such as; attractions, facilities, accessibility, as well as tourism management and services which are known through analysis of community participation and stakeholder analysis, and conducting analysis of tourist segmentation based on visiting motivation. The feasibility of tourism development is known by measured the feasibility index of tourism development based on the ADOODTWA guidelines. The results showed that Stamplat Girang Village has potential attractions in the form of natural tourism, agritourism, local culture, as well as culinary tourism. In terms of facilities and accessibility, it is quite adequate for tourism activities. Meanwhile the ancillary component are good, it can be seen from the high community participation in tourism which can be included into Spontaneous community participation level, especially with the support from various stakeholders. Tourist segmentation based on push motivation can be divided into three groups, namely; perceived authenticity (47.94%), Family and togetherness (12.65%), Escape and Relaxation (8.58%). Meanwhile, the pull motivation can be divided into three, such as; Natural environment (47.35%), Local culture (17.56%), Convenience and virtual needed (12.56%). Stamplat Girang Village can be developed because it has a development feasibility level index 82.68%.
