On the basis of these needs, it is necessary to keep developing the logistics sector. The development of the Kuala Tanjung Port, which has a strategic location and functions as an international hub port, is expected to support Indonesia's logistics needs. In the development process, a good construction management system is needed so that the goals of development can be achieved as expected. The writing of this final project includes the construction management design of the Port of Kuala Tanjung which consists of trestle slab, trestle girder, and dock, also are carried out from land and sea. The design process of construction management at this writing includes analysis of construction methods, calculation of work volume and productivity, scheduling, and calculation of estimated construction costs. From the results of the design, this work takes 632 days or around 27 months at a cost of around Rp. 793 billion obtained from material requirements, equipment rental, and labor wages needed during the project. text
