Numerous stakeholders are concerned that this initiative may result in socioeconomic concerns, such as enormous debts, unfair trade, and cultural differences that hinder collaboration. In international corporate collaboration, it is essential to consider the important features of this Belt Road Initiative collaboration, including risk, investment, the global market, and the parties involved. This paper investigates the possible advantages and potential conflicts of China-Indonesia Belt Road Initiative cooperation from the perspective of the Bekasi district chamber of business and industry association, one of the stakeholders involved. This research employs qualitative exploratory approach, which is utilized to better comprehend and identify the circumstances of an issue in order to achieve more precision. This study utilizes two data sources: primary data is gathered from the Bekasi district chamber of business and industry through focus group interviews, and secondary data is gathered from public sources such as government statistics/journals/articles relevant to Belt Road Initiative partnership. The results of this study, according to the Bekasi Regency Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Belt Toad Initiative have the potential to have a positive impact on regional economic development, open up employment opportunities, and also business opportunities for MSMEs. The potential losses and conflicts that will occur are intense product competition, the absence of employment, as well as cultural conflicts that hinder this collaboration. Therefore, the chambers of commerce and industry must carry out several active strategies in order to minimize losses and adverse conflicts, such as preparing a good workforce, consulting with the government in making decisions that benefit MSMEs, such as technology transfer, and also being involved in infrastructure project work. text
