Provision of hot water using a local system with direct water heating. Provision of water heater installation is limited to a bathtub in each bathroom of the apartment residential unit. Waste water generated (513.3 m3/day) is channeled to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to be treated first before being channeled into the city sewage canal. The vent system used is a combination of loop and individual systems. The fire extinguishing system uses a combination of hydrants and sprinklers.
