Summary:The Industrial Revolution 4.0 that is currently happening will bring many changes to human performance, companies in the industry must increase the knowledge and skills of their employees regarding industry 4.0. Human capital consists of knowledge, skills and values that can be used to achieve competitive advantage. Telkom Group is currently in the process of digital transformation into a digital telco, and strengthening digital culture is one of the factors that is believed to support the company's digital transformation. Digital culture is the values, beliefs, and norms adopted by an organization, and consists of various attributes or beliefs that encourage and support the use of technology to get work done effectively. The digital culture prevailing in the company affects the performance of its employees. A flexible and strong digital culture can improve employee performance. This study used quantitative research methods and was processed using analytical statistics with a significant value of 5%. The results obtained have a positive and significant effect on human capital readiness in the 4.0 era on employee performance with a Tcount (2.086) > (1.984) and a significant value (0.040) and for the influence of digital culture on employee performance, positive and significant results are obtained with Tcount (2.457) > (1.984) and significant value (0.016) with the conclusion that there is an effect of human capital readiness in era 4.0 and digital culture on employee performance with Fcount (6.594) > (3.09) with a significant value (0.016).
