Summary:PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, TBK (Telkom) is the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia which has four operating segments, namely mobile, enterprise, wholesale and consumer. Telkom as the parent company is still very dependent on its subsidiaries, especially in the consumer segment with Telkomsel as the biggest contributor to the company's overall revenue. On the other hand, Telkom has diversified with several subsidiaries that actually do not have the same core competence as Telkom, so that Telkom does not focus too much on their core business where Telkom is still the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia. Meanwhile, there is an opportunity for Telkom to meet internet needs in Indonesia by shifting consumer behaviour towards digitization with the fact that internet penetration growth in Indonesia towards Fixed-Line or WIFI is increasing. The collection of qualitative data is done with the goal of obtaining data that is suitable for use in research by employing an appropriate method of data retrieval and analysis. During the data collection process, qualitative data is required for the researcher of this research to be able to acquire comprehensive data using secondary data such as Telkom 2021 annual report, books, statistical data, etc. and interviewbased approach for validating the research. The corporate strategy that is carried out is based on external and internal analysis that has been analysed. This allows it to become a support in getting significant answers by determining the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats that exist in Telkom Indonesia, the result is Telkom Indonesia in the Quadrant IV for directional strategy, which is in the Diversification, the result of this analyse resulted in Telkom’s dominant level is Value Creating, and TelkomProperty is in High Level so that need to be Telkom’s consideration to evaluate. Also, Telkom Indonesia needs to make several improvements such as 1) Improve implementation of digitization 2) Improving corporate governance 3) more focus on the company’s core competence.
