People with disabilities in Indonesia are entitled to a supportive environment to carry out activities, the quality of life of people with disabilities is an important factor that needs to be reviewed further. Special Needs School is a crucial place where people with disabilities prepare themselves to be an active part of society. Environmental factors are an important aspect in carrying out daily activities for both people with and without disabilities. People with disabilities tend to have a more sensitive response to environmental factors, such as noise, temperatur, air circulation and lighting. Facilities and Infrastructure in Special Needs School are also important factors in the learning and teaching process. The research method chosen by the researcher is the questionnaire method and direct measurement of the value of physical environmental factors. It was found that the independent variabels that significantly influenced the quality of life variabels were noise variabels, temperatur variabels, facilities and infrastructure variabels. The disability category most at risk of having poor quality of life based on its relationship with the environment is the hearing impaired.
