Livestock is an agricultural sub-sector that has a great opportunity to be developed as a sub-agriculture in the future. The public's need for livestock products will increase every year because livestock is one of the providers of protein, energy, vitamins, and minerals which are very much needed along with increasing public awareness of nutritional needs to improve quality of life. The purpose of the current study is to determine the main structural features and problems of the sheep raising businesses operating in the city of bogor and to make some suggestions for solutions to these problems. The findings of the current study are believed to shed light for future research and to make contributions to increasing quality and efficiency in production. A qualitative methodology is proposed for this research with a case study approach. Qualitative methodology is selected because it is the best method of exploring the issues and has a deep understanding of the issues related to the business of Bogor Citra Lestari (BCL) Farm Indonesia. To prepare before upscaling the business, the owner of BCL Farm suggested we maximize productivity and look for all the issues now by developing a business strategy in all aspects, especially in Knowledge management implementation. Creating Human resources development compile with Knowledge management system strategy is the main things that the owner focuses on before upscale the business.
