Data in the data center becomes very important for every organization such as education, business, military or government. However, not all data have the same weight and value, some data can be opened to the public and some can be accessed internally or even certain people in the organization, so the data needs to be grouped based on the level of classified information using classification techniques. At present, Indonesia does not yet have general data classification techniques. The data is only regulated in PP No. 14/2008, PP No. 82/2012, and PP No. 71/2019. In this research, data classification design on data security has been designed to determine the level classified information at the Indonesian data center. The design of data classification uses the methods and assessments provided by FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act), FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Special Publications. The design consists of data classification parameters, the level of data weakness and the level of classified information. Confidential, confidential, confidential, internal and public are the level of the classified information in this design. This design was implemented and approved in the Bandung City government agency. This design has been approved and received a percentage of 79%. This design is appropriate as a reference for data classification based on data security. text |
