As there are still many maps that have not yet been adjusted to be consistent with the standard that is effective currently, it is necessarily carried out the attempts of unifying the maps into one standardized map having a coordinate system of Transverse Mercator 3o (TM-3) projection. This unification utilizes the development of GPS technology, remote sensing technology in the form of high-resolution satellite quickbird image and a software support of data processing. The BPN acceleration is required in achieving single Registry Map having the expected accuracy and precision. To conduct a coordinate transformation of the lots on each map into one system TM-3o. the analog registry maps have been changed into digital data by doing a map scanning and onscreen digitizing. The transformation elements are calculated for each map in the forms of the magnitudes of translation, rotation and enlargement by transformation methods of Helmert, Lauf and Affine. The calculation of the transformation parameter uses an common point obtained from the observation of TM-3o systemized rapid static GPS for calculating the coordinates of the other lots. RMS is calculated from several sample points that is further compared with BPN's planimetric standard. The geometric correction of Quickbird Image uses Ground Control Point (GCP) as a result of the observation of TM-3o systemized rapid static GPS. The coordinates of the lots that have been transformed into TM-3o are overlaid with corrected Quickbird Image. To make blocks as a result of the presence of the overlaid object inconsistency. To determine additional common point for the block adjustment to Quickbird Image. To recalculate the coordinates of lots with the obtained parameters. RMS of test point as a result of coordinate transformation by Affine method is 13.3091 m, Helmert method is 14.0384 m and Lauf method is 16.8033 m. the result of transformation coordinate of map coordinate system unification can not yet meet the BPN planimetric standard by 0.3 mm time map scale factor. The decrease of sample points RMS as a result of segmentation for Affine method is 6.9739 m (47.60%), Helmert method is 7.7289 m (44.94%), and Lauf method is 7.1869 m (57.23%), but the result of segmentation still does not yet meet the planimetric standard. <br /> text
