It greatly contributes to the important role of intermoda transportation service Bandung Super Mall - Soekarno Hatta Airport as the feeder for Bandung peoples air travelling. <br /> <br /> <br /> The aim of this research is to get criterias underlying the flow of thoughts in making decision to improve modes interchange service of Bandung Super Mall - Soekarno Hatta Airport, using the users perceptions with 41 variabels linked to attributes of pleasure and convenience, security and safety, service, time, travelling cost and accessibility. <br /> <br /> <br /> Of four respondent population data types that result from analysis factor, gotten a number factor for each one population type that constitutes to usufruct reduction of 41 variable of transport service. <br /> <br /> <br /> a. Factor analysis result to all respondent, the most prime factor influential is service factor with variance amount to 24,363 % <br /> <br /> <br /> b. Factor analysis result to respondent that oftentimes using personal vehicle, the most prime factor influential is safety and security factor with variance amount to 25,920 %. <br /> <br /> <br /> c. Factor analysis result to respondent that oftentimes using travel, the most prime factor influential is service factor with variance amount to 22,890 %. <br /> <br /> <br /> d. Factor analysis result to respondent that oftentimes using train, the most prime factor influential is reliability time factor with variance amount to 26,195 %. <br /> text
