E-commerce companies are competing to provide users with features and enhance existing functionality to make it easier to use. To be able to provide new features and enhance existing functionality, ecommerce companies need information that can be used as evaluation assistants for ecommerce applications. One way to get that information is by process mining. Process mining consists of three types, namely process discovery, conformance, and enhancement. The focus of this research is process discovery which aims to obtain a process model using data log media. The results of the process model can be visualized and measured using metrics. Of course, ecommerce has access log data from users so that the data can be used to process discovery. This study aims to be able to propose a tool for supporting process discovery in an ecommerce case study named Talpromi. Talpromi also has some improvisation on several process discovery methods applied in this research. The stages of the research are information gathering, needs analysis, tool design, and implementation of program code. Implementation is carried out with reference to the analysis that has been made. Validation is done by checking whether Talpromi is in accordance with the need’s analysis or not. Business validation of the observation process was also carried out with the results of the process discovery and validation of the Talpromi comparison with the existing supporting process discovery tools. Do not forget the results of improvised process discovery method on Talpromi validated with the initial process discovery method without improvisation. text
